Deliveries and Returns
If your order is placed before 1pm, then our warehouse team will process this the same day.
Orders made after 1pm will be processed the next working day.
Please note that if you have placed your order over the weekend, then this will also be processed the next working day.
Once your order is packed, a member of our sales team will be in contact to arrange payment. Payment can be made via card over the phone or bank transfer.
Once we have received payment, then the order will be dispatched.

UK: We offer a standard delivery service within UK, where parcels are dispatched via DPD and should be delivered by the next working day. Our delivery charges are set to £15 per box weighing up to 20kg. A Saturday delivery option is sometimes available, however further payment will be required. Please contact a member of our sales team to discuss this further.
Europe: Orders sent to Europe are dispatched from either our UK or Netherlands based warehouse, depending on availability. Please note, all parcels sent from our UK warehouse will be sent via DHL. The delivery charges will vary depending on delivery country and parcel size. Please get in touch with a member of our team who may be able to provide a rough delivery price and delivery estimate, after knowing details of your order.
Rest Of The World: Orders sent to the rest of the world are dispatched from our UK warehouse via DHL and FedEx. The delivery price depends on the country, weight and size of the parcel. Please note, most parcels will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
At One Direction Clothing we offer great deals and we make it our goal to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. Due to this, once an order has been delivered, we do not accept exchanges or returns for any goods unless they match any of the descriptions below.
We only accept refunds/exchanges for following goods:
- Damaged goods
- Faulty goods
- If the item is incorrect
